There is a local family that has a maple sugar house several miles down the road that also sells produce. Norm has never been a big fan of maple syrup, but he appreciates the work involved. It is always fun to visit, and watch them boil the sap.
And their corn is the best anywhere. Period.

That corn looks fantastic.
My mom lives in Northern Michigan and always brings me fantastic maple syrup (I'm a big fan). A friend who visits family in Vermont has hooked me up, too. Good eating!

I LOVE maple syrup! When I was in the Berkshires I saw some tapped maple trees . . .
