Re: Mistletoe. As long as Norm's not the creepy guy who wears what can only be described as a "mistletoe belt buckle," a little mistletoe can't hurt.

Mistletoe is scientifically proven to increase the amount of ass one gets.

I'm snowless up here too. It's a little depressing to have a green christmas, but I'll live.

Norm had enough turkey on Thanksgiving, Ffleur! And for about a week after.

Norm thinks Pru has to listen more carefully. You boss was calling you into his office for your holiday boner, not bonus.

Sounds like Norm and the girlfriend can expect a fun holiday season - even w/o any mistletoe!

Hey Norm,

Ok, off topic, but I remembered you were wondering how my grandfather gets his pond clear without all that murkey crap clogging it up? Well, we needed something to talk about while waiting for christmas dinner and he loves to talk about his fish. Ok, so here's the deal. If you pond is already filled with string algae, you need to remove the fish and any plants, drain it and then throw a lot of kosher salt all over the surfaces (it has to be kosher salt, NOT iodized salt) and let it sit for a few days. Clean it out completely so there is no salt left and then refill the pond with water and re-add the fish. Right away add some barley straw bales (or straw-barley bales?) and that should keep the water clean because it keeps the water moving. If you have just a little bit of algae after you clean it with the salt, most pond supply stores sell this blue powder that kills the gross algae without hurting the fish. It will turn the water blue for a while, but that just makes your pond cool. It will give the fish a thrill to have a new blue home.

Anyway, hope that helps!

Mishy
